We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of being placed and Royal Mail aim to deliver second class post within 2-3 days

Faulty Items will be exchanged if available or a full refund made, providing you contact us and arrange to return the item within 14 days of receipt. Returns for any other reason, are accepted, providing the item is returned as sold in a saleable condition at your own cost.

All orders placed are confirmed via email. Once your order is processed and dispatched you will receive another email confirming this. We do obtain proof of posting for everything we post out.
